Subscription and Purchase Information
Gold Smart AI offers paid membership plans through Google Play.

Payments are processed by Google Play.
Gold Smart AI does not receive or store your full credit card number, debit card number, or other complete payment card credentials.

3. Google Play Billing
Subscriptions for Gold Smart AI are purchased through Google Play.
Google may independently collect and process payment and transaction information according to Google’s own privacy policies and terms.
Gold Smart AI receives only the information required to verify the validity and status of a subscription.
Gold Smart AI does not directly store users’ complete payment card information.
4. Transactional Email Services
Gold Smart AI may use a third-party transactional email provider, including Brevo, to send:
OTP verification emails
Registration messages
Account-related notifications
Security-related messages
Only information necessary to deliver these communications is provided to the email service provider.
5. Market and Trading Information
Gold Smart AI provides market analysis and decision-support information.
The application operates with read-only market information and does not automatically place, modify, or close trades on behalf of users.
Gold Smart AI is not a broker, exchange, bank, custodial wallet, or payment institution.
6. How We Share Information
We may share limited information with service providers only when necessary to operate the service, including:
Google Play for subscription and purchase processing
Transactional email providers for OTP and account communications
Infrastructure and hosting providers required to operate Gold Smart AI services
Service providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their functions.

When an account deletion request is completed, personal data associated with the account will be deleted unless retention is required for legitimate security, fraud prevention, legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes.
If an active Google Play subscription exists, users may need to manage or cancel that subscription separately through Google Play. Deleting a Gold Smart AI account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.
10. Children’s Privacy
Gold Smart AI is not designed or intended for children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws.
If we become aware that information from a child has been collected improperly, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
11. International Users
Gold Smart AI services may be accessed from different countries.
Information may therefore be processed in countries other than the user’s country of residence, subject to applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
12. Third-Party Services
Gold Smart AI may interact with third-party services such as Google Play and transactional email providers.
Those third parties operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
