Gold Smart AI users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Gold Smart AI account, send an email to:

support@goldsmartai.com

Use the subject:

Gold Smart AI Account Deletion Request

Please send the request from the same email address registered with your Gold Smart AI account.

Please include:

– Your registered email address
– Your Gold Smart AI Member ID, if available
– A clear statement that you want your Gold Smart AI account deleted

What Will Be Deleted

After verification of the request, Gold Smart AI will delete or anonymize personal data associated with the account, including where applicable:

– Name
– Email address
– Gold Smart AI Member ID
– Device binding information
– Authentication and session information
– Membership account information
– Other account-related personal information that is no longer required

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for:

– Legal or regulatory obligations
– Fraud prevention
– Security
– Accounting
– Subscription verification
– Dispute resolution

Any retained information will be kept only for as long as required for those purposes.

Google Play Subscriptions

Deleting your Gold Smart AI account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.

Users should separately manage or cancel their subscription through Google Play.

Processing Time

We will process verified account deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving the request.
