How to Request Account Deletion<\/p>\n
To request deletion of your Gold Smart AI account, send an email to:<\/p>\n
support@goldsmartai.com<\/p>\n
Use the subject:<\/p>\n
Gold Smart AI Account Deletion Request<\/p>\n
Please send the request from the same email address registered with your Gold Smart AI account.<\/p>\n
Please include:<\/p>\n
– Your registered email address
\n– Your Gold Smart AI Member ID, if available
\n– A clear statement that you want your Gold Smart AI account deleted<\/p>\n
What Will Be Deleted<\/p>\n
After verification of the request, Gold Smart AI will delete or anonymize personal data associated with the account, including where applicable:<\/p>\n
– Name
\n– Email address
\n– Gold Smart AI Member ID
\n– Device binding information
\n– Authentication and session information
\n– Membership account information
\n– Other account-related personal information that is no longer required<\/p>\n
Data That May Be Retained<\/p>\n
Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for:<\/p>\n
– Legal or regulatory obligations
\n– Fraud prevention
\n– Security
\n– Accounting
\n– Subscription verification
\n– Dispute resolution<\/p>\n
Any retained information will be kept only for as long as required for those purposes.<\/p>\n
Google Play Subscriptions<\/p>\n
Deleting your Gold Smart AI account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.<\/p>\n
Users should separately manage or cancel their subscription through Google Play.<\/p>\n
Processing Time<\/p>\n
We will process verified account deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving the request.<\/p>\n
