Gold Smart AI Affiliate is designed around verified website purchases. Commission is earned from eligible transactions that can be traced to the affiliate relationship and successfully verified by the payment system.
No commission is created from clicks, registrations, abandoned carts, failed payments, or unverified transactions.
Eligibility
Affiliate access is available to approved Gold Smart AI affiliate accounts. Each affiliate must use their own referral identity and account. Reviewer, internal system, or administrative accounts are not intended for affiliate activity.
Referral attribution
Referral attribution is created when a visitor arrives through a valid affiliate link or referral identifier and later completes an eligible website purchase. The website affiliate channel is separate from Google Play purchases.
Commission
Commission is generated only after an eligible website payment is verified. The applicable commission rate may depend on the membership plan, campaign, or affiliate level and can be changed by Gold Smart AI for future transactions.
Commission normally moves through a controlled lifecycle such as Pending → Approved/Available → Paid. This prevents unsettled or disputed transactions from being withdrawn immediately.
Monthly renewals
If a referred member completes an eligible website renewal and the original affiliate relationship remains valid, that renewal may generate a new commission for the same affiliate. Commission is calculated from the verified renewal transaction, not merely from the existence of an active membership.
Refunds, cancellations, and reversals
Commission may be rejected, reversed, or deducted if the underlying transaction is refunded, cancelled, charged back, duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise invalidated. An affiliate balance must represent settled eligible business, not accounting optimism wearing a nice dashboard.
Withdrawal
Only commission marked as available may be withdrawn. The current operating rule is a 7-day hold period, minimum withdrawal US$10, and a maximum of one withdrawal request per calendar month. Payout is reviewed and recorded manually by Owner/Admin, with the current threshold and status shown inside the Affiliate Dashboard.
Program conduct
Affiliates must not use misleading claims, guaranteed-profit promises, impersonation, spam, unauthorized brand bidding, fraudulent self-referrals, or methods that misrepresent Gold Smart AI. Gold Smart AI may suspend affiliate access when activity creates legal, compliance, fraud, payment, or reputation risk.
Current operating parameters: 20% commission on eligible website sales and renewals, 30-day referral cookie, 7-day commission hold, minimum withdrawal US$10, and a maximum of one withdrawal request per calendar month. Owner/Admin records payout approval and payment reference for audit history.
